We try hard to deliver good priced, good quality, good design products to you, so we carefully check all our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, please email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will arrange for a return or exchange.

Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges

"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error.

Refunds: To receive a full refund, the product must be unused and needs to include all packaging. If a product is deemed unsellable due to use or missing packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be deduced from the cost of the product. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Niko Shop.

Exchanges: To receive an exchange for a different color or size, the product must be unused and needs to include all packaging. If a product is deemed unsellable due to use or missing packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be deduced from the cost of the product. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Niko Shop and for shipping the new product to the customer.

Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for products bought using the personal shopping service due to a change of mind.

Damaged Product Returns and Exchanges

The product is damaged, incorrectly described or different from the pictures shown.

For both refunds and exchanges, email us as soon as possible, including photos illustrating the affected item.

Refunds: Once we receive the damaged product, we will issue a full refund plus the shipping fee for sending the item to the customer at purchase and back to Niko Shop for refund.

Exchanges: Once we receive the damaged product, we will send you a replacement item. Niko Shop will refund the shipping cost for sending the item back for exchange. Your new product will be sent free of charge from Niko Shop.

For products bought using the personal shopping service, exchanges or returns depend on the store the product is bought from. Email us immediately and we will help you coordinate with the seller.

Cancellations

Email us immediately for cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled once the "Shipped" email has been sent. However, a return can be arranged once your order has arrived (see "Change of mind returns and exchanges").
